Rick Stein's Steak Tartare

England's BBC food presenter, Rick Stein, shows us all how classic and simple it is to prepare Steak Tartare (I just love the country farm setting).

Makes me hungry!

But no mustard?

I don't usually have it prepared tableside, so I don't know what ingredients go into my favorite preparations, but I'm under the impression there's usually mustard.

Some people put mustard, some people put mustard AND ketchup and others put nothing.

To be honest if the meat is good like it looks in this video, and freshly chopped, I like as little seasoning (or extras) as possible so I can enjoy the full flavor and texture of the filet.
